Passare: funeral homes can self-register for Public API integrations

Today, when setting up a funeral home for a Public API integration, a Super Admin has to manually generate the API key and email it to either the funeral home or the provider we're integrating with.

It would be awesome if we could provide a way for funeral homes to self-register for these integrations somehow.
