Passare: ability to copy a family member from one case to another

Similar to how it works in DIGicon, funeral homes would love to be able to copy a family member from one case to another. The most common use case is when creating a case for someone whose spouse is already in Passare; the funeral director would like to be able to copy family members over from the spouse's case since they've already been entered in Passare once. Today they have to enter the family members a second time, and they're stored as separate records in Passare.
